Modern Build Contracting LLC is a Dubai-based contractor delivering civil construction, MEP and renovation works across the UAE. Our project experience spans private villas, residential and commercial buildings, warehouses, labour accommodation and community facilities.
We bring together engineering knowledge, practical site experience and coordinated project management. From understanding the drawings to organising procurement and site activities, our focus is on turning the client’s requirements into well-executed construction.
